Celebration Service
Our Celebration Service begins at 8:30 a.m. with joyful singing of contemporary Christian music led by our Praise Team. The Praise Team leads the congregation in music accompanied by guitars, keyboard and percussion. Every service begins with a musical voice offering to God.
The service is liturgical, following a Reformed theology, but is more informal than the Traditional Service. Elders regularly lift up in prayer joys and concerns offered by the congregation. Members of the congregation offer their own individual affirmations of faith in addition to the use of traditional creeds and Biblical affirmations. The pastor provides a thoughtful, Scripture-based sermon. Children are welcome for their special time with the minister.
This service is regularly augmented with special contemporary Christian music from soloists or the Praise Team.
