ONLY 2 WEEKS LEFT!
Please bring canned foods and boxed foods this Sunday, May 3, and next Sunday, May 10. We will be collecting all the food on Sunday the 10th, combining it with food collected by other churches in the area, and delivering it. This is a friendly competition between a number of ’David’ churches and the ‘Goliath’ church – Fielder Road Baptist.

CATCH THE SPIRIT! with a picnic after service
CATCH THE SPIRIT! with games for children
CATCH THE SPIRIT! with activities for adults
After the Pentecost service during which we will celebrate our teachers and confirmands, we will continue the celebration outside with a spirit-filled picnic and fun activities. There will be just one service that Sunday, so we will all worship together and fellowship together. E&N will provide two choices of meat and drinks. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share. Children will be given free pinwheels. Remember to wear red for Pentecost.

CATCH THE SPIRIT!
New Day and Lightt are now working with Nurse Family Partnership; they care for first time moms. They are in need of diapers, formula, baby clothes, gift cards to buy milk and fresh fruit, and any other baby items. We have young moms coming to Lightt. They are in need of toddler clothes, shoes and socks. Lightt has 10-12 kids on Sundays and we are anticipating more. We need people to come play, give rides, or just have a listening ear.
